The staff was great and the room was very clean it was nice to have a kitchen area but the bed was very uncomfortable the only thing that I would recommend for the extended stay it to get better mattresses.

Value It's a typical "extended stay" type hotel, although it's fairly new. Equipped with desk, & kitchenette. Wifi is at an additional charge, but works. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's on the south side of Louisville, but the drive isn't bad into the city. My biggest problem was the GPS didn't recognize the address, but they have directions of the web site. All in all... I'd prefer to stay closer in, but I'd stay again.

It's an extended stay and it was alright. It doesn't give me a vibe of a hotel- more or so a college dorm. I was told that the maid service is once a week but I never felt like anyone came and cleaned my room. It costs extra for towels and linens. Overall it was ok.

working out of town Great hotel while working out of town. Only a couple downfalls, there was absolutely no maid service here though unless you pay extra, not even once a week after staying here for several weeks the room never received cleaning besides what I did myself. Also the shower head broke while they sent someone up on a Sunday they "fixed" it with another previously broken/semi repaired one with awful water pressure that leaked.
