Definitely needs clean up in the common areas overall not bad just needs to be cleaned. laundry room credit card machines did not work and there was no coin changer

Week stay Staff was nice, the rooms were clean but smelled of cigarette. It was a non-smoking room but I'm thinking people are still smoking in the room. We had to buy candles to help with the smell. Beds were not as comfortable as I'd like but for the price you cant beat it.

Great value Awesome stay. Stayed for a week and couldn't be more satisfied. Most satisfied with the price. Will return.

Perfect for us The staff was friendly and very helpful. Close to the mall, restaurants, and everything we needed. The only thing I would like to see changed is the beds. They were a little hard and wished they were 2 queens to a room. I would definitely stay there again.

A clean extended stay hotel. This is an extended stay hotel so there wasn't complimentary breakfast and we had to ask for shampoo. For what we needed, this hotel served our purpose.

Bare bones but serves its purpose There isn't much to say about this particular hotel. We assumed that this would be similar to an extended stay but it was very bare bones. The front desk was always closed and you had to call to have someone come down. You had to buy a coffee pot if you wanted coffee in the morning, otherwise you could run to a nearby gas station. Ok Stay Rooms were pretty plain. No coffee maker or 24 hour service

This hotel was a disappointment in regard to cleanliness. Having recently stayed at another WoodSpring Suites, I was expecting the same level of room cleanliness. Not so. The bed mattress felt lumpy and uneven in support.
