Covered the basic needs perfectly No frills as expected but it provided a clean, comfortable place to stay at a reasonable price. I was concerned because I had a late arrival. The office was closed but the instructions were clear to pick up the phone and call. The phone was answered immediately and he got me checked in fast. In fact, the paperwork was waiting so I was in the room very quickly. I've had much worse experiences with late check-in at much fancier places. very nice..cleanliness and friendliness always out weigh amenities in my book and..very clean and very friendly and helpful staff. Would have been nice to have a coffee pot though as I am a big coffee drinker.

Great for an extended stay Great place with clean and quiet rooms. Hotel staff is great. If you are staying for a while and plan on cooking, then you will need to bring your own cooking dishes/utensils as none are supplied. Great place to stay overall.
