very nice..cleanliness and friendliness always out weigh amenities in my book and..very clean and very friendly and helpful staff. Would have been nice to have a coffee pot though as I am a big coffee drinker.

Great for an extended stay Great place with clean and quiet rooms. Hotel staff is great. If you are staying for a while and plan on cooking, then you will need to bring your own cooking dishes/utensils as none are supplied. Great place to stay overall.

The room was nice. Beds were comfortable. There was an issue with noise though.

Stayed over a week quiet clean safe area Beautiful mountain view. This isn't a fancy hotel but if your on a budget and can plan ahead this is a great place for the price. It was close to all the things we wanted to do

Great location for the business traveler Great experience from check-in the staff were very nice and more than helpful with every question we had . This is a great place to stay if your working or busy sightseeing and need a place to rest your head . It is a great place to stay for the price best around . i would stay here again for the price , easy access , great staff .,

Like Extended Stay, only without dishes, cups, etc Travelling is getting to be quite a tiring and surprising experience. Everybody nickels and dime you. Value Place gives you one toilet paper, soap, etc., and if you need more, then you buy it! WiFi was $3.00 for slow speed and $10.00 for fast speed? I needed an Accountant to figure out what my extras would have added up to if I ordered them. A set of dishes, cups, etc. for four was $29.99. If you wanted a coffee maker, it was also $29.99. great value! I was surprised that the rooms were so nice, considering the price difference between Value Place and surrounding motels. The bed was great, just the right mattress firmness for me. The only thing I missed and wish you would add is a reading lamp beside the bed.

The room was smallish but adequate, and very, very clean. However, the bedsheets, though clean, were old and harsh feeling. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming.
