Stayed over a week quiet clean safe area Beautiful mountain view. This isn't a fancy hotel but if your on a budget and can plan ahead this is a great place for the price. It was close to all the things we wanted to do

Like Extended Stay, only without dishes, cups, etc Travelling is getting to be quite a tiring and surprising experience. Everybody nickels and dime you. Value Place gives you one toilet paper, soap, etc., and if you need more, then you buy it! WiFi was $3.00 for slow speed and $10.00 for fast speed? I needed an Accountant to figure out what my extras would have added up to if I ordered them. A set of dishes, cups, etc. for four was $29.99. If you wanted a coffee maker, it was also $29.99. great value! I was surprised that the rooms were so nice, considering the price difference between Value Place and surrounding motels. The bed was great, just the right mattress firmness for me. The only thing I missed and wish you would add is a reading lamp beside the bed.
The room was smallish but adequate, and very, very clean. However, the bedsheets, though clean, were old and harsh feeling. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming.
Booked a non smoking room and when I checked in I was told all they had was a smoking room. For people that don't smoke this is a huge deal, we left feeling dirty and reading of smoke. No we didn't have to take the room but everyone was booked up with all the tournaments in town.
