great value! I was surprised that the rooms were so nice, considering the price difference between Value Place and surrounding motels. The bed was great, just the right mattress firmness for me. The only thing I missed and wish you would add is a reading lamp beside the bed.

The room was smallish but adequate, and very, very clean. However, the bedsheets, though clean, were old and harsh feeling. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming.

Booked a non smoking room and when I checked in I was told all they had was a smoking room. For people that don't smoke this is a huge deal, we left feeling dirty and reading of smoke. No we didn't have to take the room but everyone was booked up with all the tournaments in town.

IMMACULATE ROOM-EXTREMLY INEXPENSIVE I was hesitant at what the room would look like as the lobby and elevator needed cleaning. The room looked brand new, two large beds, full size refrigerator, cooktop and microwave. Small flat screen TV, great heater and air conditioner. It was more immaculate than any five star hotel I have stayed in.
