Horrible, dirty, poor service, not even a 1-star It was horrible. The room was not ready. It was dirty. They offered to give us sheets to make our own bed if we wanted to stay. The bed was only full-size. so bad, will never even consider it
I was not what I tought it would be for 100 a night should have had coffee and it was very noisy the out side door on the west side was broken did not work! No other kind of a discount like AAA!
Horrible place to stay The first night there was no toilet paper, had to go downstairs to get a roll which wasn't even a new or full roll The 3rd night, the toilet paper was gone again, but the room had not been cleaned or the beds made so its almost like someone came in and just took that. The tv didn't work, the mattresses and pillows were very uncomfortable and the chairs were plastic and uncomfortable. I will never stay here again. You had to pay to use a can opener,coffee maker, dishwear, to have your room cleaned more than twice a week.

A Rough Night's Stay I decided to stay at this hotel one night before driving into Estes Park as I would be arriving in Denver late and wanted to avoid driving into the mountains at night. I had called the hotel to let them know of my late arrival. The clerk said that was fine and he would make a note of it. Upon arrival, we were greeted with locked doors and unanswered phones. Not what we expected When we booked this hotel, we expected it to be like a regular hotel room. Unfortunately, it was really just a bedroom, with a bathroom and refrigerator and microwave. There were none of the amenities you would expect from a hotel room. We had to go to the Walmart and purchase a hair dryer, soap, towels, shampoo, conditioner, etc. There were also no dishes or pots and pans included in the kitchen area.
