Filthy hotel. Smoking of both cigarettes and pot allowed. Stale smoke smell in rooms and pot smell wafting down hallway. The outside condition of the hotel had potholes and overgrown weeds. I am allergic to smoke and had to leave. Staff apologized but said I would be charged anyway. I want a full refund. I wouldn’t recommend this dump to anyone. Hotel should have disclosed smoking policy.

First World Problems Towels were as cheap as they get- rough and knotted up. Paint wasn’t complete - you could see the rollers pushing thin paint and the previous color. Zero soap or shampoo/ conditioner. It was fine as a place to sleep and keep things- not much attention or money out toward making it comfortable or appealing. I’ve stayed at many hotels- this was the most bare bones version ever. Abandoned cars in the parking lot. People sleeping in their van. Etc. I won’t go back. I was VERY disappointed when I was unable to make my reservation due to adverse weather conditions. This place refused to refund my money even though I did not stay there. I will not be booking with Woodsprings again.

BAD, BAD. BAD NIGHT This extended stay is a dump. Over dose EMT pickup 1st night. The mattresses were on metal grate bases and would be the quality of a Big Lots buy after 5 years. No utensils or ANY kitchen equipment with the cook top, NOT even paper towels. All night equalling children, people running in the halls. A one star is TOO MUCH!

Terrible This place is a joke. The first room they put us in was on the fist floor by the front door. It was supposed to be a non smoking room. The room stunk of smoke. All the smoke from people smoking outside came right into our room. We changed rooms the next morning and the smell was a bit better. The whole hotel smells like smoke or weed. Our shower curtin had a huge hole in it as well. The bed is only a double, so it's very small for two people. I will not be staying here again.
