Smoke smell and mold! The whole motel wreaked of cigarette smoke, though there were signs that you could smoke outside in designated areas. Our room smelled terrible, the bedding, towels, all like smoke. We asked if they had a non smoking room and were told it was the only available room. The ceiling in the bathroom was all spotted with mold. No way to get towels etc after hours because the counter closes.

Super Sketchy Worst experience for a hotel that has rates of 149/night. Super Sketchy. We left & found another Hotel. They refused to refund our money. Do Not Book Here

First time was the last time! Not many options in our price range at the time we booked, so we opted for Woodspring even though we knew it was an extended stay. Room was clean but terrible ozonator-smell, presumably to clean up after a smoker in a non-smoking suite. When we went to contact the front desk to inquire about an alternative room, the desk was closed (7:00 pm) - manager was outside the front entrance having a cigarette with a bunch of the fellow “residents”. I'm so sorry to hear that you were not aware of our ‘Simple’ philosophy and that guests pay only for the amenities they want to use (like daily cleaning, linen changes, cookware, a coffee pot, etc.). Not every guest desires the same amenities and by allowing guests to choose and only pay for the amenities they want, we are able to keep our rates affordable. Nasty room The room was filthy. We left some clothes in the dresser when we checked out. We came back the next day and they said they weren’t there. We talked to the maid and manager on duty and they didn’t even try to help us. Never stay here!!!!

Id give it a 2 star hotel rating. Rugs looked dirty and aged. Wouldn't stay there again

Got their at 9:20pm no one working front desk !!!! phones ringing, alarms going off 25 minutes later someone came to front desk afte rI called a answering Company to try and find some one working at Hotel !!! No Do not disturb signs !!! so you have House cleaning banging on door at 9am , Check out is 11am, Room clean and small kitchen , except no coffee pot !

Didn't last 8 hours..... We travel a lot for our kids competitive ball team and see many hotels. Due to an unexpected field change we had to move hotels and this seemed a good deal. The exterior and parking lot of this hotel are nice. That is where anything good to say stops. We checked in around 10p out our entire teamwas out by 630a next morning. Had to go through 3 security doors to get in. The check in staff was nice. You cannot check out early nor get a refund which you are not told until you pay. It is an extended sta... read more
