Horrific! This was the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in...super noisy, smelled horrible, our room had hairs all over the table, bathroom sink ect, the bed dipped down on one side when you sat on it(even when my 40 lb daughter sat on it). I will never set foot in this hotel again..I'd rather sleep in my car with my 2 kids in the pouring rain. Such a waste of money.

Not Worth the Price--Never Again The pillows are flat and uncomfortable. You have to ask for shampoo and conditioner---and the conditioner is SHAMPOO conditioner, which meant I walked out of there looking like a split-end Qtip. The beds were one step away from being hard. And NO coffee maker in the rooms. This is extended stay but I didn't know that the amenities were so scarce at this place. I've stayed at others that were much nicer. Don't stay here! We got the last room, which was booked only a short while before, but the clerk said he wasn't supposed to rent it, but didn't know why. He went and checked the room and said he didn't see anything wrong, so he rented it to us.After we were done with the transaction he shut the window and left. There were no dishes, coffee maker and the remote didn't work. It was clean, but no hand towels or washcloths and it was just not a pleasant experience...very sad....plus it was very difficult to find, even with a map... read more

Horrible service from the start Hotel gave away our room after confirming with Expedia. Front Desk supervisor was so rude to my elderly father, who drive 14 hrs there to arrive with no room. Luckily, Expedia was able to find another room with no help from Woodspring Suites. Will never book here again & will not recommend. The staff was also rude to me when I was trying to resolve the matter of our room being given even though I booked months in advance.

Its Cheap Although the room waa clean and everything worked and was up to par. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Dirty This was one of the most disappointing rooms ever. The room was filthy. There were hairs stuck on the sheets. There was mold in the bathroom, and dirt and grime in the corners. We left and found another hotel.
