It's a place to stay... There's a stove top counter for people who are presumably making an extended stay there, so the place feels more like a home for them. For the traveler passing by, it serves the purpose but not much else. The elevator reeked of smoke, they had no hand towels and the front desk clerk told me they were out of them. There was hair on the bathroom floor and crumbs on the floor in the room. The heater makes a very loud noise when running. The staff is nice though.

There was no valet cart to take my belongings to my room . I booked a non smoking room and was put on a floor that reeked of cigarette smoke .

Sad I've stayed here before and it was great but this visit was horrible. The entire 3rd floor smelled like rotting trash
