It's a place to stay... There's a stove top counter for people who are presumably making an extended stay there, so the place feels more like a home for them. For the traveler passing by, it serves the purpose but not much else. The elevator reeked of smoke, they had no hand towels and the front desk clerk told me they were out of them. There was hair on the bathroom floor and crumbs on the floor in the room. The heater makes a very loud noise when running. The staff is nice though.
Stayed at this Lubbock location, website showed a recliner in room, when I arrived there was a chair, bed was very uncomfortable.
