Great Location Pretty decent for its price so that is a plus. They do accept late check-in so its convenient. And yes, its pretty much close to everything. Food, Gas, Shopping, etc. And of course the customer service is efficient.

Pleasantly surprised I did not expect much, after all, the room was under 50 dollars. From the start, the front desk person, Lindsay, was friendly, helpful, and accomodating. She processed my registration quickly and I was cooling off in my room in no time. I was pleasantly surprised that the room was bright and modern, and that it had been well thought out to accommodate long term residents. I would definitely recommend Woodspring Suites to anyone.

Easy access to Loop 298 and close to Texas Tech Clean rooms but smokey. You need to ban smoking!!!. Literally thousands of butts outside in the grass as well.

Good, clean, very basic. You could do a better job of describing the services and amenities offered. I at least expected a coffee pot and hair dryer.

Price is good, but dirty sheets and towels I thought the hotel would be clean because it looks new. I stayed there while waiting for my apartment. The price is good for a week, but the sheets and towels were dirty.

OK for a budget stay; I will come back. Stayed in non-smoking room which smelled tobacco. Not badly, but still unpleasant for a few minutes after walking in. In three weeks of stay the room was serviced only once. Getting clean towels required a few visits to the reception. Everyone from the hotel stuff I interacted with were nice, pleasant, and professional, just seem to be very low on resources.

Convenient location The overall stay and room was not bad, however there were aspects of stay that were not great. No one was at front desk when i got there to check in(it was not late in the evenin) the pull down window was down. I did like that to access room area you needed a room key. The hotel allowed smoking, so upon stepping off of the elevator onto my floor you are hot with the smell of cigarettes.
