A forever customer We really did enjoy our stay . It was really clean & beautifully decorated. I wish all of the Value Place Hotels . Had the kind of beds you have at your Hotel in Lubbock,Tx.

Overbook Overbook at my hotel, so had to get moved to the other one in Lubbock, not convenient especially after driving 5 hours to determine you didn't have a hotel room. However they did honor my price when I moved to the other hotel. First reservation was for 1 room 2 beds and ended up have 2 rooms with 1 bed each on opposite sides of the hotel.

very dissatisfied w/ hotel.com and value place Booked in advance through hotels.com-called value place night before trip was told reservation was good and room would be available. Only to get there after nine hour drive and be told rudely hotels.com carelessly overbooked many customers and there was no room available. No help finding other accommodations. I will never use hotels.com again or stay at a value place again. Thanks to LaQuinta's great customer and friendly staff I found a place to lay my weary head!
Good for a one night stay or if your living there. Decent hotel, good for extended stays but don't expect a hotel treatment, more for extended living.

Good for the price The room was great but the queen bed are too small for two persons and very hard. There were only 2 small pillows and was too uncomfortable.

Hotel Ok; Hotels.com may have an issue The hotel was generally okay. The room was adequate for the one-night stay we had in mind. Unfortunately, the reservation did not confirm properly with the Hotels.com system and we did not get the room we requested. Also, it was a hassle to get into another room as the hotel was in an overbook status. The staff eventually helped us with accommodations but it was frustrating.

Nice hotel off the loop near 34th and 19th. Stayed 5 days visiting friends. They are building a lot more stores across the way which could help in the future.

Nice VALUE at this INN Value Inn is a no frills hotel, but we needed nothing more than a bed and a shower. It fit our needs to a tee. The front desk staff was very personable and accommodating when I requested some assistance. The room's floor was laminate wood. I'd prefer that any day over carpeting! I was pleased with what we received for what we paid.
