Clean and friendly staff It was clean and staff was really nice. The only negative I have is a lot of guest get up early and slam there room doors, even on Sunday morning. The other thing I wish they would change is a lamp at the bedside. We only had what felt like spotlights in the room so a softer light at the bedside would be nice.

The rooms and beds were nice, but try to get a room that doesn't face the Loop. It gets very noisy.

Careful what you are booking. The bed was not a double bed size, the way it was advertised. Also it was confusing because the room was listed as a 1 studio double bed room. It was a studio with a full size bed. It wasn't even a queen!

I've stayed at a dozen Value Place locations, and this one is certainly my favorite. The service was excellent - friendly people that took their job seriously... great combo! :) The manager, Shelly, was a true delight to deal with, and it was easy to tell that she was a driving force in making this such a pleasant Value Place property.
