Smelled like wet dogs in the lobby. I came to check in after 11 for late check in you need to use a phone that you can’t see till you leave out of the lobby so I knocked on the office door for assistance and no one answered Then I used the phone and got assistance but come to find out there was someone right behind the door ignoring me. My only option Was absolutely impossible to reach anybody at the front desk at any time of the night. So if you need help good luck

We didn’t even stay and still got charged. We got to our room and it looked so unkept we didn’t even want to sit in the room. We also wanted a non smoking room and it REAKED of cigarettes. Don’t stay here.

I never was able to check-in was in the lobby waiting and trying to call someone for an hour after a tiresome long drive, ended up spending more money to book a stay down the street. And they try to charge me for not canceling when I have not been able to make contact. Lobby and desk was full of dust.

We saw at least 5 roaches per day, our upstairs neighbors were moving furniture in the middle of the night, and all down the hallway people would be arguing at all hours of night and day.
