The person I dealt with was the only positive and it was clear that he was overwhelmed battling various issues. I left right checking in due to condition of the room and found other accommodations.
Needs to close First I come into room and turn light on and Roaches were running all over the walls and counter but by this time I could kill some of them they ran under the hood of stove to and behind refrigerator. I opened refrigerator and on top of open door there are 3 dead ones that now cleaned up. We were so tired we figured just sleeping in clothes and leave next day. Excellent front desk staff. Cant say enough good about how we were treated but the actual property was terrible. Smells of marijuana, cigarettes, fake fragrance all over the property in the halls and rooms. Destroyed furniture. Sink did not drain. My husband had to fix the toilet.so many unidentified sounds coming from various things in the plumbing and bathroom.
This hotel could not accommodate our stay and then charged us as a no show
Check in begins at 3 there’s was a line of about 10 people and no employee in sight till almost 3:30

I encountered several issues that left me extremely disappointed: The chair in the room was severely damaged and unusable. The towels provided were an unpleasant yellow color and appeared unclean.
