I never checked in. Arrived from airport and was told that I was assigned as a “no show” and I no longer had a room to stay in. There was no information about limit on when to Check in. Just what time check started and what time we had to check out. I had to walk around looking for a hotel that had a room available at 1am. With bags. This was a terrible experience!

We were not able to stay at your hotel. We had nothing but issues from the time of check in. The hotel smelled of marijuana so bad that you could see the haze in the halls. We went and purchased febreeze to at least help the smell in our room. I tried to suck it up and just stay. However, at 11pm, our smoke alarm started chirping. We asked the front desk for a new battery, and the attendant, Fox, claimed that they did not have any. He told us to remove the detector from the wall. The manager tried to get me to pay again saying they never received payment from 3rd party. The rooms air conditioner didnt work making it hot and uncomfortable. The microwave didnt work either and i wasted about 80 dollars in food. The place had roaches.Told the manager repeatedly about the issue and he kept telling me he would get me another room that never happend. Never again will i stay there...

The desk staff appeared to be under the influence never at the front. No staff presence during stay. The elevator was having electrical communication errors. Not a single amenity offered was made available. Staff was not available to assist with check in or check out for customers. Trash and dirty laundry peppered the hallways. The entire hotel smell strongly of marijuana. The only clean thing in the hotel was the room.

Dive place with a front desk that is unreliable. Awful experience, was supposed to stay a week, moved to another hotel.

There were bugs in the room, the beds were uncomfortable, and the couch was torn and appeared to be falling apart. We also had to call to be checked in and the attendant made it clear we woke him up and was inconvenienced by it.

I had to cancel the room, was nasty, fell with cockroach, very bad smell... I couldn't spend the night on nasty room like that, they change the room and it was worse...

Rip off price gauged This is mostly for you, hotels.com. You overbooked this hotel by 13 rooms and left us stranded in the lobby at midnight. Other families showed up after us, also with no rooms for them. You also price gauged us by $350 for this roach motel bc it was a race wknd, but then would only give us a $50 credit. I'm a travel agent, good luck having me refer your company to anyone.
