Front desk was great, but that is all I can say. No one is there 24/7 and I work until 11 pm. One night when I got back, my cards were deactivated and I couldn't get in my room and I couldn't get in touch with the overnight phone number person. I actually sat outside my door and thought I was going to have to sleep in the hallway until I realized that my door didn't click shut at all so it could be pushed open. Front desk area small and not always staffed. Smelled like marijuana in small front desk area. Halls smelled weird. Bed very uncomfortable. Thin walls; could hear other people’s TVs in hall and our room.

I checked in and was told they were sold out. I made my reservation days in advance. Desk clerk informed me that priorty goes to actual customers, not customers using third party check in like Expedida. After hassleing him i was given a room infested with roaches. I obviously didnt take the room. After a half hour, the clerk found a room.

No blanket on the bed. Pillows are decorative rather comfort , shower wouldnt turn off unless you fanagled with it . Check in was a toss up. A/c does not cool the room further than 76. Hallway was full of trash and bedsheets just left out for whoever. Will not be staying at this building again. Oh and best part. NO POOL

first there is no one at front desk and you have to call a number in a paper and when someone come is horrible service, smells bad and there were cookroach

Bad hotel that leaves you stranded at night. The hotel did not honor our reservation. They said that they were done for the night and not selling any more rooms. There was no one to attendant. The front desk was closed with the gate and a sticky note that said to call a phone number if you need help. So we had to find another hotel to stay the night. We want a refund.
