Did not honor my reservation. When I showed up stated flat that they had given my room away. Blamed it on Expedia. Left me on the street at 9pm in a town I don't know.
Worn, loud, ok bed The questionable experience started at check-in, the front desk was unattended with a phone number to call...it was 10:30pm. Called the attendant whom I seem to have annoyed for being there late but made it through check in once I confirmed I actually did have an online prepaid reservation. The secure door didn't work with our room key card but the attendant did come around and let us in. Room key card did work at the room though. I had reservations but they didn’t have a room for me,awful
We book a room got there from Tampa and they said they no longer had anyone’s for us and didn’t nothing to help us figure it out or refund the money
When I first checked in, there were no sheets or blankets on my bed - just a bare mattress with no sheets in the room to even put on the bed Then the manager attempted to sit in the room alone with me in order to put sheets on the bed I couldn’t leave the room as I had my dog with me and I’m trying to settle in And needed to leave for a meeting There were roaches infesting every single surfaces inside the room and outside of the room Dog poop saturated every single grassy area in the entire complex so you couldn’t even walk ... read more
Got bumped as they were overbooked and looked like many others were in the same boat
Malheureusement lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel la journée de notre réservation, la chambre que nous avions réservé (chambre 2 lits doubles pour 4 personnes) n'existait plus..L'employé à la réception nous avise qu'il n'y a aucunes chambres avec 2 lits disponible..Nous sommes très surpris et ne comprenons rien..Je lui montre alors la preuve de notre réservation reçu par email. L'employé qui a l'air exaspéré, nous avise qu'il reste seulement des chambres avec 1 lit... Impossible de dormir 4 dans un seul lit voyons...:-/ ... read more
