They sold my room and had no room for me I will never book with this place again. I booked my room and paid for it. When i got there, they didn't have a room for me. The receptionist clearly stated he had just sold the last room that was available to the previous guests. He checked and could see my reservation. WHY TFH DID YOU SELL MY ROOM? Poor communication,Un Cooperative and Bad Image Sold Out. The Guy Austin Stated he was sold out and he can't do anything for me because it was a 3rd party reservation. I have pictures of evidence. No ID, No Credit Card No room was assigned. He clearly was under influence. 10:32pm
No one was at front desk so I left after 30 min.
Wouldn’t not take care of the lost food they wouldn’t replace it $127.86 worth of food we lost because of there not getting a replacement in or moving us said they would comp us another day and night but didn’t
NEVER AGAIN Horrible! People smoke marijuana in ther rooms and you can smell it everywhere, the matress gave me a lower back pain. The chair is ready to go to the garbage. Was a very bad experience NEVER AGAIN!
I dont reconnend anyone to stay here. They have roaches. And the hallway smell like pee. The room floors are nasty and the shower water is cokd.
Couldn't stay there due computer check in would allow access . Had to go another hotel .
