Roaches in room
Staff was no where to be found with issues after check in. My room was dirty and smelled terrible. The bed was very uncomfortable as well. Ended up checking out early and booking a different hotel for the rest of my trip.
I stood waiting in lobby for over 40 minutes along with another family waiting to check-in. The TV was loud and I even tried to call the Operator. I was only able to get through once corporate called the manager. The staff on duty was not pleased or apologetic about having us wait. Will not be staying here again.
Missing front staff Waited approximately 20 mins at the front counter to check in. No one was in sight. So we left and went to a different hotel.
Do NOT stay here! We want our money back! They sold our room that was paid for upfront and have yet to refund us our money. We came down for my brother’s wedding and was left stranded without a room! My dad and sister’s room were infested with roaches! The hallways smelled like mold! They ended up leaving in the middle of the second night because of the roach problem. I liked they allowed pets … the room was decent but it’s the most basic hotel … no ice machine, no ice trays … no pool … house keeping was at my room at 10:30 told her I was getting ready to leave, started to take things to the car and they had already canceled my door key and it wasn’t even 11 yet
