The condition of bedding, air conditioning-heating, bathroom was horrible. The beds were dirty and uncomfortable. The sofa bed was filthy and springs were damaged. No one in the family can sleep throughout the night. The heating was so bad, which could hardly be controlled. The heating cooling unit was noisy. Fridge was so loud and noisy. The lighting in the room was extremely poor. Overall hygiene and comfort was really pitiable. Will not recommend this place for any family.

The elevator was not working and I just had a foot operation, I chosea hotel with breakfast and this place was only serving instant cereal, the refrigerator ran all night, very slow internet,the tv was very blury

A disappointed customer It was not very clean, Our bed spread smelled like dog..someone with a dog must have been there and they didn't wash the bed spread. There was several bugs one in the kitchen by the stove and a big big big bug was in the bathroom..I was screaming when I saw him..I feel I deserve a refund it was not a pleasant stay, I was scared to go to sleep and I was too scare to take my clothes out the suit case thinking that a bug would get in and I would take him home..The worst I ever had and I travel a lot.The ... read more

Horrible the room was outdated and it reeked of urine upon my entry into the room. I actual puked... To top it off i asked for 5 dollars in change and was humiliated by staff the woman said she recieved fake money from guest so she noted every denomination with a piece of paper. Also on the day of checkout the HOUSEKEEPER burst into the room at 11:25 while i was preparing to leave count towels. Ewwwwwwwwwe

Not what I expected! The room had a musty odor. There was no trash can at all in the room. Some of the people staying there were pretty rough looking.

CONVENT TO WHERE WE NEEDED TO BE. PARKING COULD BE BETTER. ROOM WAS SPACIOUS. NOT FANCY BUT CLEAN. WAS NOT HAPPY WHEN WE NEEDED TO CHECK OUT A DAY SOONER BECAUSE OF POSSIBLE HURRICANE HEADING TO OUR HOMES. WAS TOLD THAT BECAUSE I BOOKED THRU EXPEDIA, I COULD NOT CHECK OUT A DAY SOONER AND GET MY MONEY BACK THAT THEY ALREADY CHARGED ME IN FULL FOR THE DAY WE ARRIVED. I GAVE THEM A 24 HOUR NOTICE BUT THEY STILL SAID NO REFUNDS. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THAT. EACH DAY HAD A DIFFERENT AMOUNT CHARGED. I DO NOT WANT TO STAY THERE AGA... read more

Room were dirty too expensive for the condition of the facility. People were outside smoking no shirt on nor shoes! Carpet was sticky and dirty lamp shades were filthy phone inside the room had multiple buttons missing off of it! Had to return towels in order to get fresh ones! Over charged for the quality and condition of the facility!!

When I arrived they told me the room I had reserved was just sold. As a result I have to pay more money.
