Ok My bed was like sleeping directly on the coils. Very uncomfortable.

Business trip Overall experience was okay. Was at facility for two weeks. They cleaned our room once for our entire stay there. Most of the staff was helpful but one was really rude.

Double to single I was a single person during my stay. so when I received a double bed which was really comfortable I let them know if they had a single I would move. Well I eventually moved and everything was still great except for the single bed. It was lumpy not as comfortable as the other room. I will still sleep there again.

I have seen worse Pros- The ladies encountered during checkin & checkout were nice. The room was spacious. Price was decent. Cons- Although the room was clean it had a smell of dampness or mold. Spraying air fresher I brought with me did not even help. The beds were uncomfortable. The refrigerator kept things "cool" not cold a single they should have. However the freezer did work. In the future I will be hesitant to stay again. It would probably be a last resort.

better checkout processes upon checkout (7-30-17 at 900am) there was nobody at the front desk. but I could hear personnel behind the locked door at the front desk laughing and carrying on. I used the house phone to call no response. I then called the hotel on my cell phone, the phone rang at the front desk, approx. four rings, then I heard it ring behind the locked door...the laughter stopped and an employee answered, I said id like to check out and get a final receipt for my stay, the lady told me "we don't hand out final r... read more
