It was okay , I just feel like it's a bit expensive and not as luxury
This hotel has no lobby or any kind of breakfast. Room was extremely basic.
Front Desk Staff When I made my reservation, I requested to be on one of the upper floors and in a non-smoking room. However, when I arrived, I was informed that there were no cleaned upper floor rooms and I was placed on the first floor. I explained that I was fearful of being on the first floor, since I was traveling alone. I then asked that if I requested an upper room the next day, could it be possible. Nice Suite I got there around 10pm. Was greeting pleasantly by the front desk person. She didnt take long and i was ready to go to the room. Everything was so clean even in the area for smoking. Evening though i was there for a short time the place was awesome.
Ok My bed was like sleeping directly on the coils. Very uncomfortable.
Business trip Overall experience was okay. Was at facility for two weeks. They cleaned our room once for our entire stay there. Most of the staff was helpful but one was really rude.
Double to single I was a single person during my stay. so when I received a double bed which was really comfortable I let them know if they had a single I would move. Well I eventually moved and everything was still great except for the single bed. It was lumpy not as comfortable as the other room. I will still sleep there again.
I have seen worse Pros- The ladies encountered during checkin & checkout were nice. The room was spacious. Price was decent. Cons- Although the room was clean it had a smell of dampness or mold. Spraying air fresher I brought with me did not even help. The beds were uncomfortable. The refrigerator kept things "cool" not cold a single they should have. However the freezer did work. In the future I will be hesitant to stay again. It would probably be a last resort.
