Are you kidding? Pass on this one! If you need to sleep, watch TV or use the internet, DO NOT stay here. Walls so thin it may as well be a hostel, a whopping 11 channels to choose from... 7 of which are news... and a wireless connection that may as well be a cup on a string. I came here needing to work which required checking and sending email, uploading videos to Youtube... (unbelievable 7 hours to upload a 4 minute video)... Dead cockroach in the bathroom... I won't stay here again. Don't let the price lure you in like it ... read more

I will not stay there again!! I loved the location of the hotel. Checkin was easy. I asked for 2 extra pillows & they gave me one & I had to go & get it. Only 1 pack of coffee given during a 3 night stay. After you use that you have to buy a package from a vending machine for a $1.00. Staff was very, very rude & I felt very unwelcome.

Great shower This hotel needs to be remodeled. The only good point is the shower. It has a full size fridge, no dishwasher and stove top. I bought my own plastic plates,silverware and cups. The pans did not look like I wanted to cook in them. The air conditioner was so noisy it woke me up. Told manager about it they sent maintenance up to "fix" it all he did was clean it. unclean Beds was hard, tv was really small! Maybe 19 inch tv. Carpet was dirty. Room wasn't very clean.

Poor Service and Value for Your Money This hotel was disappointing. Far below the level of other Extended StayAmerica facilities that I have stayed at. Upon check-in, my key did not work, the smoke detector battery was dying and kept chirping, and I had to push the front desk person to change me to another room. She kept wanting to "fix" the problems rather than change my room, even though there were plenty of unoccupied clean rooms. Filthy rooms The cleanliness of this hotel was terrible. It seemed that the cleaning staff did only the minimum necessary to make the room pass a quick visual inspection. We noticed the problem almost immediately because our baby started finding all manner of filth in every corner of the room. The next morning he was sneezing so badly it woke us up. Once we noticed the problem we began to see all manner of cleanliness issues. For example, we're pretty sure that the sheets hadn't been changed.

Needs Improvement We only stayed one night, but while trying to sleep the air kept cutting off and would not come back on. We would get up and try to get it on. The room got warm enough to be uncomfortable. The air would stay on long enough to keep it from being unbearable I guess. The next morning after a terrible night's sleep the bathroom sink would not turn on. Before we checked out the sink suddenly blasted on pouring out brown water.
