Bugs, Bugs, Bugs This hotel looks great on the outside but please don't let the outside fool you. The staff was very friendly in checking me in, however, after I received my key and entered my room, I immediately saw roaches (small and large ones)! I called the front desk immediately and asked for a different room far away from this one. After apologizing for the room, the agent assigned another room to me in which it also had roaches. Service This place was not what I expected service was ok but I would not stay their again the room smelled and the bad are incredibly small
The only thing I didn't like was I had tochange rooms because the air did not work and the next room the air probably would of been ok If there wasn't a big space between the bottomof door and the floor. U could see daylight all the way around the door! And the tv could of been a bit bigger but not a problem it worked!
One of if not the worst hotels ever. The picture of the room on the website is not near what u get.
Cockroach Staff was very helpful, but I have to change the room, because I have cockroach on the bed, even the new room that I change to is still have them in the kitchen section. I do n't think it was different, but it was already late, so I can't do anything.
Checked in and checked out in 10 minutes I rate the neighborhood well since it is next to very nice hotels. I rate the service good since I got a refund. Checked in to my non smoking room and it was horribly smoky. Cigarette burns on the toilet. Oh and should I mention all of the gangs partying and playing with guns.
Disappointed Stains on the carpet, gritty sheets, uncomfortable bed. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
