in town for a concert Loved the area of town and was only about 10 minutes to the concert downtown. We stay at Extended stays most of our trips but this was probably the worst. The toilet almost didn't flush. The kitchen faucet was broken and the dishes in the cabinet were dirty. Most rooms come with a skillet and pot and this had only a pot , 1 fork, a couple of knives and spoons. The room was smaller than usual too.

Cockroaches When I went in, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to give me my room and key with little effort. It would have been nice if they had checked for ID, or verified my identity in any way before giving me keys to the room. I killed 3 cockroaches in the bathroom during the stay. I would never, ever reccomend.

I was a bit disappointed about the cigarette smell in our room when it was a non-smoking room. Also, the kitchen was not very clean when we got there, nor was the bathtub. I will say the staff who I encountered were very friendly and very easy to talk to. The staff was great, but the cleanliness was not.

Horrible conditions. Smelled like smoke despite being non-smoking, stains all over everything, blood stain on door frame, mucous on elevator walls. Only benefit was that it was close to the airport.

Nasty When I first arrived they ave me a key to a room that was already occupied. I walked in on someone. When I went back to the front desk they only had a smoking room. The room was nasty. Stains on the sheets. Stains on the wall. I didn't take a shower the next day in fear that I would catch something. I will never stay here again!!

Disgusting! Disgusting and dirty. Broken glass on the floor. Bathroom and floors were sticky and dirty.

bugs... Can you say bugs? Checked in and within 5 minutes I could see them crawling up the walls in the main room, kitchen area, as well as the bathroom.

Cheap. You get what you pay for. The hotel is cheap. You get what you pay for. Shampoo and conditioner are not included and most be bought from the nearby vending machine. This is probably common to most Extended Stay hotels but not what I am used to. We must have somehow booked a smoking by accident as that was noted by the hotel and no non-smoking rooms were available. Deodorizer spray had to be picked up from the front desk but it only temporarily masked the smell. Stained armchair and bed. Lumpy pillow. Cheaper than thos... read more
