VERY DISAPPOINTED!! VERY DIRTY!!!! I am very disappointed with this hotel. Our room was dirty, there were spider webs by the curtains and bugs on the beds. The only reason I didn't leave, it's because it was late and I have a baby that I needed to take care of but quite honestly I was affraid to let him crawl on the floor. The fridge was dirty inside, almost like there is no maintenance to it. I really expected for Extended Stay America to have a quality, CLEAN room. I will never stay at this hotels again.

Not Impressed This place was not business traverler freindly. It would not be too bad for someone who was looking for a cheap way to stay in Nashville for an extended length of time, and planned to spend very little time in their hotel. I would be hesitant to leave valuables in the room.

Not Impressed Staff is very rude. As my husband & I were getting ready to leave we tried to start our car and discovered we had a dead battery. We parked right in front of the office. I was going to the office to ask if they had any jumper cables, etc. The employee left her desk, turned off the lights and locked the door!!! (This was at 8:00 a.m....not in the middle of the night. musty The room was a bit musty, there were also a few shady looking charachters lurking to and fro. kind of far from anything fun to do (cab ride was 40 bucks to town and back) but the price was cheap..

Hotel and staff The staff was rude and the room was sort of dirty under chairs and the kitchen floor needed swept and mopped. The check out time was 11, the guy didn't come back until 11:25 which caused me to be late in departing at the airport. I don't recommend this hotel, very noisy as well.

eeeek! Pretty dirty place. Great place to stay if you wanna jump from the door to the bed without touching the carpet, sink, TV or bathroom...then leave. Other than that, I'd sleep in my car rather than here!

Poor quality hotel at any price! Vastly overbooked, they could not accommodate an 'early' check-in by an hour so that I could get freshened up for a meeting. This facility had no lobby, no public restrooms, and I had to go to the Hilton Garden Inn next door in order to get cleaned up. The Hilton, by the way, was very accommodating because I happen to be a Hilton HHonors member. This hotel had staff that could not speak English properly, and some of the clientele appeared very unsavory, hanging around outside their rooms late... read more

Stank A Dank Dank This hotel was pretty cheap and the room and hotel facilities reflected this. The furniture was battered. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it could be. The house keeper woke me up at 9am to clean my room on check out day when the check out time is clearly posted at 1100. I will never stay at this location again.
