Ok at Extended stay It was pretty average. The bed was terrible. It was way to hard. There was supposed to be a grab and go breakfast and they had none. The price was fair. It had a kitchenette, so we were able to do some cooking.

Faulty door My room was clean and the bed was adequately comfortable. It was definitely not something to write home about for comfort, however. Unfortunately, the problem was that the front desk staff put me into a room with a known faulty door and when I returned from the wedding I was in town for, I was locked out. The front desk called the on-call maintenance staff, but it took hours for the person to arrive. The staff was polite, nice and professional! They were eager to answer all my questions! From Check-in to Check-out, the entire staff was amazing! The room was nice and quiet, I couldn't hear any of my neighbors!

The communication was a low because we were told one thing by hotel about checking in and one thing completely different by Expedia Very unpleased about our stay
