Tv was down and the internet was out but other then that everything was excellent

No bugs
While I appreciate that this is designed for longer-term stays, I must recommend that parents with children - esp. young ones) be kept on lower floors. Approaching 10pm, the banging and scraping on the floor above our room would not cease. I'd asked the desk clerks ONE FAVOR: "just a quiet night, please". However, they put us right beneath a noisy couple with a young child.
