Overall The front desk agent was not found for some time; I had to call on the wall phone for someone. There are some smokers hanging outside in front I guess because no smoking inside, but the foyer smelled of smoke. There are NO TOWELS inside the units. The units and halls are very nice though.

Room was unexpectedly clean. Jessika, and Patricia both handled business professionally. No problems at all. Outside could be picked up and more maintained. Other than that the property is A-1.
Customer service is great and staff are friendly and polite. The property is quiet and peaceful during my stay. Check-in was quick and easy.
