Close to Tinker AFB Room was clean and comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with refrigerator not cooling. After reporting problem, we had a new one within minutes. We will be staying there again on our next trip to Tinker.

They never let me check in because it’s late. I want credit to stay somewhere else

Room floor was sticky, looked like soda might have been on it. My shoes stuck to the floor. No cups for coffee, microwave but no cups to make some. The air conditioner worked was really loud! Allergies to pets, dog was running down the hall and elevator was discussingly dirty. Won't stay there again when coming thru to Arizona either way.

Nasty room nasty staff nothing worked in the room
There roaches everywhere in the room and there were bedbugs. They showed me 3 different rooms. I want a refund.
Very dirty…..didn’t take shoes off until climbed into bed. Very surprised compared to the same hotel in different city.
