Horrible My room was given away even though I had a reservation and I found out whenever I was going to check in. A lot of the hotels in the area were booked due to softball tournaments and the WCWS going on at the same time. My family was left having to try to find a hotel for us after we drove over 6 hours. I was told that I would not be charged anything and the hotel still took money out of my account and when I called the next day to let them know, the lady at the front desk hung up on me and would not answer the phone a... read more
