There was one front desk person who was sweet but after her, everyone else was so rude! The facility was so dirty. The beds are awful!! I asked front desk if I could get more towels and blankets since the blankets they had weren’t enough to stay warm and she had an attitude about it all. Told me they charge for towels and blankets. I guess you get what you pay for here. Everything was not perfect and the reception lady she’s so rude and she have no experience at all
Do not do it!! You walk in and it’s like you would imagine jail would be. No access to any part of the hotel until you have obtained a key card. A $150 additional fee to make sure you don’t steal soap. You get no extra towels or bedding (we didn’t even have enough for the number of guests in our room) If you are in need of replacement towels or bedding it has to be during their specific hours to do so, or NO TOWELS FOR YOU!
