Room was clean but elevator and surrounding areas had pervasive stench of stale cigarettes.

Over booked Nightmare! First of all, they over booked, we had to wait 7 hours for our rooms, which were not cleaned, only one worker, one room was in the process of being cleaned, which still had no tissue, towels, soap and shower curtain, we got 10% off of the price, but rooms should have been free for what we had to go through by them being overbooked, we booked early, drove 10 hours to have no at the inn. Very disappointed in the staff and the video was a lie! Shame, Shame, shame. Never Again!

Worst experience at a hotel ever We booked through this site, arrived and paid and everything seemed fine. Then at 130AM (when we had to get up early for a child's tournament, which is why we were down there) someone tried to get into our room, having a card and everything. My wife finally went to the door, and the people had been given access to our room accidentally. Only if you are desperate! We walk in and the window was closed then the people were rude because they didn't like taking Expedia payments and tired to get us to pay again. The room stunk of cigarette smoke and puke. We asked for two beds and got a bed and a pull out. The pull out didn't have sheets on it and they wanted us to rent them. But I would never sleep on the pull out because the mattress had blood, puke and other unknown stains all over it. This is what they wanted our six year old to sleep on.
