We were there for 11 days and not once did we receive room cleaning.........no soap no shampoo no hair dryer We could exchange our towels but the office was closed most of the time

The bed was lumpy cockroaches in room they state no smoking the elevator and room smelled with heavy smoke and way too many people just loitering around in the lobby who weren't guest but friends of the front desk receptionist

Floors dirty (black feet just walking from bathroom to bed). Kitchen with no utilities to use. Dial O, no answer. When front desk does answer its: Yea..What? Asked for fresh towels, I was told to bring my towels down to them so they can rewash my towels and then they would return to me. No cleaning of room or fresh towels the three days I was there.

Tinker diagnogle Had trouble checking in due to inexperienced front desk person. Toilet kept running....air conditioner was too loud....no blankets on the bed only sheets....no iron or ironing board

Nightmare stay Bed was cheap no springs, wire n metal frame, no carpet, no lamps dirty. The worst night, noise was terrible

Worst stay ever!!! Stay was horrible. Ran out of towels twice when going down to turn them in because they were washing them and had to go back next day to get more because front desk closed before we got back. Floor in room was dirty and had to wear shoes so feet wouldn't get dirty. Had maid above us who kept her grandkid while working and woke us every morning at 7 running in room above us. A very disgruntled customer I have been staying in your hotel for 2 days already and I'm third day my keys were voided even though my day was paid for and somehow random stranger drops the key on the elevator and it just so happened to be the one key that fits into it fit into the locks open the door and I don't know that man I've never met him and I don't know how my keys got voided
