Nightmare stay Bed was cheap no springs, wire n metal frame, no carpet, no lamps dirty. The worst night, noise was terrible

Worst stay ever!!! Stay was horrible. Ran out of towels twice when going down to turn them in because they were washing them and had to go back next day to get more because front desk closed before we got back. Floor in room was dirty and had to wear shoes so feet wouldn't get dirty. Had maid above us who kept her grandkid while working and woke us every morning at 7 running in room above us. A very disgruntled customer I have been staying in your hotel for 2 days already and I'm third day my keys were voided even though my day was paid for and somehow random stranger drops the key on the elevator and it just so happened to be the one key that fits into it fit into the locks open the door and I don't know that man I've never met him and I don't know how my keys got voided

"OH, WHAT A NITE!" 1. No Toilet Paper. 2.No hand soap. 3. No hangers for our clothes. 4. No sleep, Bed kept making a popping noise. 5. No Coffee Pot. 6. No Continental breakfast Ad said it did. 7. Slow service. 8. Bad area...always men hanging around the doors. 9. Kitchen had nothing in it to cook if you wanted to cook. One thing....The TV did get FOX!

Not good Tried to keep my clothing and my heart medicine for not being clean and a guest was smoking a small amount of time. The black man let in my room which was but reported me on on an ash ash tray. They had smoking rooms but more.expensive .It was just a a way to more from me

They sold our room Expedia overbooked this reservation. My husband is 73 years old and I spoke with the hotel the hotel people direct to let them know he would be geeing in very late and to make sure he had a room, They said he did have a reservation and not to worry that his room would be waiting for him. Well he arrive about 10 pm and NO ROOM they said they were fully booked and had not room. Now at 11pm at night he had to find another room and it ended up costing us $160.00.
