Convenient to where my activities were located Didn't understand when I booked the hotel that it wasn't the normal type of hotel! It was comfortable & I felt safe but didn't have any emenities that I was expecting. (ie: coffee maker in room or at least coffee somewhere in hotel, no continental brkfst of any sort and staff could have been friendlier to me when I didn't understand how it worked) Was basically an empty apartment! BED BUGS!!! Woke up at 6am to get ready for an outing. The first thing I notice is a bed bug crawling on the sheet between my daughter and myself. I photographed it and caught it and took it to the front desk. The employee and subsequently the manager argued with me that it was some kind of a mite and was NOT a bed bug. They came to the room and tore the room apart including removing the headboards from the wall. On the back of the headboard was another bed bug. Booked non smoking room I booked a non smoking room only to be told my only option was smoking. The halls and elevator smelled so strongly of smoke I wanted to choke. The room was clean and staff was friendly however the smoking issue left a lot to be desired.

Love the rate and bring your own supplied The bed was awful. Like sleeping on a box spring instead of a mattress. Bring your own air mattress. The kitchen part is good just bring your own dishes, etc. Loved full sized refrigerator and having a place to cook. Loved the room rate. It was very affordable even if we did have to have our own air mattress and dishes and supplies. Would stay there again and prepared.

Not Happy Very upset when clocked out. I had a 70 dollar credit cause I was leaving early because my house was done. I got told if I wanted that money back I would get charged more and end up owing the motel money. Probably will never stay at another again. That $70 could have went to things we needed for house, and the hotel never told us this when we made reservations. I feel like we where lied to and taken advantage of at the end of our stay. Very disappointed.

Surly... When I walked into the "lobby", I was confused to find a small unattended room with slick posters of floor-plans (all with kitchenettes) and available amenity options covering the wall (along with bargain prices for long-term stays). Access to the rest of the "hotel" was by card key only. There was a phone on the wall with instructions on how to "book" a room in lieu of an attendant. Don't stay here!!! Killed a roach in the room. Walked in and thought the place was closed. Had to wait for someone to come to the front and open the counter. Will never stay here again.

Front desk sucks big time! Beware.. Rooms are newer and cleaner but Horrible customer service! Paid in cash on the 2nd night of our stay and still charged my card! Didn't give me a receipt and forgot to return my driver's license. Denied receiving payment...
