Never go here,unless you need something cheap Terrible and disappointment. Noisy,and rude staff. The front desk.
Paid extra for smoke free. Smelled of smoke. The smoke smell in my "nonsmoking" room along with that whOle entire 3Rd floor was sickening I stayed with my 2 kids 1yr old and 4 yr old and I'm 8 months pregnant! Tried to switch rooms but was none available
RUN AWAY from this place!!! Run far away from this hotel. Do not book it. It is a place for basically transient people to stay long term. It is disgusting, smells like smoke, there's no ice machine, the bed it was ridiculously uncomfortable, and the air conditioning system smelled like burning animal flesh when you turned it on. The room also smelled like stale smoke. It was truly horrific. If it were possible I would give it zero stars.

No free wifi, no hair dryer and you can't borrow one either, no coffee maker or anything in room. They want a fee for every little thing

As an extended stay hotel we do things a little differently. Part of the way we are able to keep our costs so low is by having our guests only pay for what they use. We're sorry you didn't enjoy your stay with us.
Convenient to where my activities were located Didn't understand when I booked the hotel that it wasn't the normal type of hotel! It was comfortable & I felt safe but didn't have any emenities that I was expecting. (ie: coffee maker in room or at least coffee somewhere in hotel, no continental brkfst of any sort and staff could have been friendlier to me when I didn't understand how it worked) Was basically an empty apartment! BED BUGS!!! Woke up at 6am to get ready for an outing. The first thing I notice is a bed bug crawling on the sheet between my daughter and myself. I photographed it and caught it and took it to the front desk. The employee and subsequently the manager argued with me that it was some kind of a mite and was NOT a bed bug. They came to the room and tore the room apart including removing the headboards from the wall. On the back of the headboard was another bed bug. Booked non smoking room I booked a non smoking room only to be told my only option was smoking. The halls and elevator smelled so strongly of smoke I wanted to choke. The room was clean and staff was friendly however the smoking issue left a lot to be desired.
