I will never stay there again after what they did to my daughter.

"OH, WHAT A NITE!" 1. No Toilet Paper. 2.No hand soap. 3. No hangers for our clothes. 4. No sleep, Bed kept making a popping noise. 5. No Coffee Pot. 6. No Continental breakfast Ad said it did. 7. Slow service. 8. Bad area...always men hanging around the doors. 9. Kitchen had nothing in it to cook if you wanted to cook. One thing....The TV did get FOX!

Not good Tried to keep my clothing and my heart medicine for not being clean and a guest was smoking a small amount of time. The black man let in my room which was but reported me on on an ash ash tray. They had smoking rooms but more.expensive .It was just a a way to more from me

They sold our room Expedia overbooked this reservation. My husband is 73 years old and I spoke with the hotel the hotel people direct to let them know he would be geeing in very late and to make sure he had a room, They said he did have a reservation and not to worry that his room would be waiting for him. Well he arrive about 10 pm and NO ROOM they said they were fully booked and had not room. Now at 11pm at night he had to find another room and it ended up costing us $160.00. Disappointed 30 years US service members. I drove 10 hours to get to this hotel and after checking in a chronic complaining guest, call the police to my room, because he had some kind of sleeping disorder, asked a 30 year military Veteran who has stayed in numerous hotels, this was very disturbing.
Bad experience On the first night we stayed at the hotel someone decided to drill a hole into our fuel tank steal our diesel fuel and costs us over 2k in repairs to our trucks. We told the front desk and they just recommended we park in the front vs the side of the hotel. There was no available parking in the front of the hotel that night. Not as advertised The beds were mere cots. A four inch mattress on a spring frame. Not very comfortable. It was supposed to be an accessible or handicapped room but was not. No dishes in the room. Check in was delayed by 20 minutes because the computer was down. Anything you wanted or needed you had to call for it.
Unpleasant There is no lobby, you have a small window where you check and you are given your key card, which states to always use the deadbolt on your room door and verify the ID of anyone who knocks on your door. I did not feel safe. There people walking through the hallways and doors slamming majority of the night. Strong cigarette odor seeps through the walls or door, so bad I had to sleep with the window open. The floors were hardwood and did not look as if anyone had swept them in days.
