Do not stay here! Hotel obviously designed for oil-field workers. NO amenities...not even room/maid cleaning service, nor clean towels. Unsafe. Questionable activities happening in hotel. No lobby. No hotel staff at night or in the morning. Do NOT stay here. We never will again, and only did so because hotel refused to refund our money at check-in.

out of the way This hotel is quite a way from the airport. There is no coffee/tea in room or lobby. There is nothing for breakfast and the reception was closed when I tried to check in and out. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

WOODSPRINGS HOTEL THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! This was the worst hotel experience I have encountered. When I walked in there was no receptionist, had to dial 500 for assistance. The overall customer service with the employee was awful. He first tells me that my card declined with a laugh, well idiot I booked and paid cash upon my arrival then he goes on to say we thought you weren't coming. Really I pay for a room and not show up. Hotel close to the airport The room that they gave us when we checked in was dirty. The beds were not even made from the previous guest. When we were given another room the wifi would not connect. It said that our room number and last name did not match. When we called the front desk, we were told that there was nothing they could do to help us.
