I can't rate the hotel because they overbooked and gave my room to someone else. That didn't stop them from charging my card. Their solution? Send me to another of their hotels forcing me to backtrack and in a less desirable area. I went next door to Comfort Suitrs and got a great clean room with excellent service. On the up side, Hotels.com Paid for the room and Comfort Suites gave me a refund.

Hotel was overbooked and we had no room to stay in! Never even was offered a refund! Worst service ever!

Would not stay here again Upon check in staff was preoccupied with their own conversation. "No pets" policy is a joke - dog walking down the hall when we entered, dog right outside the door when we left. Walls were paper thin, could here TV in next room quite easily.

Not a good stay Room was not clean. Sheets were dirty, old food in refrigerator, bad smell, someone beat on neighbors door every hour for four hours from 3 Am to 7 Am

One nite visit Horrible prison like atmosphere from check in to corridors! Total lack of welcoming touches or decoration. Pathetic bath accessories! Also, very poor sound insulation between rooms and corridors. Couldn't wait to get out of there !!

Better Choices Nearby This is as low-frills as you can get. They don't even have what I would consider a lobby; just a counter, and if you're lucky there'll be someone behind it. The room had a full kitchen which was interesting because there were no pots/pans, or utensils, plus I couldn't see spending more than one night here. Also, there is a family fun center right next door and the go-kart track was on our side of the hotel so you could the constantly repeat track instructions, as well as the go-karts...it wasn't real lo... read more

Gross I booked the airport location. They over booked and moved our reservation. Room had food wrappers under bed.

Overbooked my reservation days in advance. Sent me to another location and they were overbooked and didn't even know I was coming. Sent me one 45 minutes away and they were overbooked. Pathetic service

Horrible staff The front desk had horrible I would never recommend this hotel to any one.
