Terrible. Room was disgusting, towels hadn't been washed, dirty sheets. When I talked to the front desk about all of these issues, the lady working the desk acted as if it wasn't a big deal to have dirty towels or sheets and said "I checked that room myself"........

Nasty hotel Wouldn't stay there again, found roaches everywhere, towels looked disgusting, stains in the bed, and has a nasty smell about the whole place that never went away.

Nice structure with NO services. The motel is nice and new, but it is set up for longer stays. The front desk hours are 8 to 8. No coffee, no breakfast and nobody there if you arrive late or need a new key.

Looks can be deceiving.... We stayed over 10 days at this place in July 2017. What is not told to you when you book this hotel is that there is ZERO maid service while you are here unless you want to pay extra for it. So we were responsible for emptying our own trash to the dumpster on the other side of the parking lot, changing out our own towels, and cleaning up our own place (if you don't bring your own cleaning supplies be prepared to buy some or pay them extra to do it). Never again This hotel charged a late fee that was never put on the receipt when I paid and my sister ended up having to pay that out of pocket so she could get back in the room to get her things. They had my phone number but never called to tell me they needed more money and now my sister is out 105.00 that she didn't have when I was told by hotels.com that there wasn't going to be a late fee

There's no hair dryer they don't have breakfast they don't have a iron and at night there's a lot of noise and people banging on the wall do not recommend at all

Customer service We took a 5 day motorcycle vacation. The last night we booked this hotel. As a woman I always use 2 towels when I shower. One for my body and one for my hair. When we checked in there were only 2 towels and 2 washcloths. No hand towels at all. When asked for extras, the desk clerk very rudely said, no the policy is only 1 per guest. They also have no ice machine, no coffee pots, no blow dryers.
