I don't understand the low ratings for this motel. We only stayed one night but everything was spot on. The staff was, *****, very friendly, the room was clean, it was quiet, and the TV was great in the fact that it turned towards the sitting area and the beds. I would say get more channels on ****. We have it at home and love the Heartland package and expanded news channels i.e. Newsmax, OAN, TV Land, UP TV, etc. But overall a lovely stay. Thank you.

Good location and nice staff. Clean rooms. Hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. What I didn't like is that there isn't any coffee or "grab & go" breakfast in the building we were in. You had to walk across the parking lot to the other building. This isn't that big of a deal when the weather is nice, but it's unacceptable when the weather is bad.

The location was ideal for my purposes, and I appreciated the help provided by front desk personnel. Compared to stays at other *** locations (on previous occasions), I especially appreciated the plentiful supply of hot water and full water flow in the shower.

We stayed at ******************************************** and it was a great room. We traveled with family and were attending a ************************* Football game and this location was perfect, 1.5 miles from campus. The room was spacious, super clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will be back for sure at the next game!!

This is my second time staying here. The first time was due to convenience regarding how close it was to ****************** as well as the good reviews. This time even though I had originally booked at a different location i decided to cancel and rebook here simply because of how well kept I find the grounds and how clean I find the units. I travel with pets and both experiences have been wonderful. Very clean rooms.
Room was very clean, front desk guy was very professional and very helpful. Room was quiet, building was quiet. A great experience.
Mr. ****** and Ms. ****** are very welcoming and accommodating. Their service is very appreciated. No complaints!
