Receptionist service was great

Ok place for the price First stay was for a month. Then rebooked weekly. For two months total. It stated room service is limited. But the whole time I've been here, no room service. I take my own trash out. And I go ask for new towel every two week. Thats the hotels policy, from what they told me. Every two week you can ask for new towels. Internet is managed by 3rd party company. And it always cut off a day prior of the last day of your stay. As myself, every Saturday internet shuts off, when i rebooked Sunday to Sunday. The after-hours check-in could be smoother. I had to call a customer service line and the person told me to wait, then just hung up. It was kind of rude. I heard people behind the closed partition and was about to knock when someone said to wait; I wasn't sure if they were talking to me. I was never quite sure what I was supposed to do and communication was poor.

the hotel was staffed with very friendly staff at the front desk. the room was clean and neat. it met all of my expectations.

Nope nope and none My bed was not clean. There were hairs all over both of them and cigarette ashes. We moved the dresser to the TV and there was crayons,gummy bears and trampoline socks. It also took over 20 minutes to check us in. Will not be returning.
