I had a roach within the first 5 minutes of being in the room. Also the walls were very dirty, The smell of the room was like mold . I will never stay here again

It very hard to get up with an employee to check in after their front desk open hour. They’re not in the desk area; they’re somewhere else on the property. The was an alive roach in the bathroom two nights in a row.

Hallways and elevator needed desperate vacuuming and deep cleaning.

The lady that checked us in was VERY polite and professional. The lobby was also very well maintained and clean. Unfortunately the room smelled of VERY strong deodorizer, almost too strong to stand. There was stuff on the floor when we walked in and looked like maybe it hadn’t been mopped in a very long time. The worst part was the bathroom. I’m 32, I know what pubes look like, there was pubes in the shower. I over looked this and rinsed it off, when I turned the shower on. Then the shower would’ve drain. It was clogged. This hotel shouldn’t cost more than $40. Maybe a 1 star if that. Shower was soooo dirty. Glass doors looked like they haven’t been cleaned for months.Everything in the room was super old and rusted. Tv picture was horrible. Hallways and elevator smelled so bad. They warned us that there’s no one in front desk to help with anything after 10 pm and told us that when we leave we have to take out our own garbage 😳…… an absolute horrible experience. Waste of money!

The staff was great. The room however was not. I was in 202, the TV didn’t work and there was a roach in the kitchenette.

We arrived and check in was fine. Got to our room and there were roaches on the floor then we found several live roaches crawling around, including on the bed. Smelled like dog as well. Went to front desk and asked for a room change hoping it was just that room. We moved our stuff and found a few dead roaches on the floor and one live one. At this point it was very late. We needed to get up at 3:30 to get to the airport. None of us really slept and we stayed on top of the covers. We will not be staying again and at $145 for ... read more

The bathroom was dirtyyyyy, the tub was super dirty,,the bed looks small for a queens side,and the bed had 3 pillows for 2 people,no amenities, no soap,
