the tv didn’t work because they didn’t have a remote the front desk said they would let the manager know and nothing was done to fix it so i couldn’t watch tv i hate to give bad reviews but this wasn’t a good stay for me and my husband :(

Property is not being kept. The hallways stink of cigarrete & marihuana smoke plus a broken elevator not being serviced creating inconvenience situations for disabled people to get to a room on a 2nd floor.

Everything was dirty stains on the sheets.

If you're flight is later or anything happening unexpectedly... No one is at the office.or any number that show's up in prompts to emails...12:30 pm late flight ...no one will answer numbers provided one the building it self or by emails text direct to phone. So I had to ...just pay again for a hotel room serious search at ungodly hours:(. ... Never ever again will I book here !! I paid for 250.00 hotel around 2am. Finally got services and sleep few hours. Never ever stay there. Alison

Horrible I was quite disappointed to find the floor sticky, hair on the bed, and a broken bottom rail on the glass door. The bathroom door also appeared to have a hole in the middle. I have pictures but this review doesn't allowed me to upload

There was a hole in the wall of the bathroom door when I walked in and black particles on the bed. This place is gross. This is the second time in Orlando. I have pictures to prove it and I want my money back as I felt unsafe, a hole in the wall, staff was never available. The only reason I didn’t change is because soon as I checked in, I had to run out until late night to sleep and checked out early the next morning. VERY nasty smell in the room, shower faucet was nasty flooring was terrible, lot of barking noise & ppl talking Loud at 3 am, checked out at 6 am , nobody around,
