There were bed bugs and I couldn't sleep at all, had to vacate early in the morning, within 6 hours of stay.

Horrible conditions plus really terrible smell so dirty.
I informed property that I am checking in very late . Still no staff is available to pick my call around 2am . I waited 1hr . Called almost 20 times. I left the property without stay

We didn’t like where the hotel offered parking. Lots are supper small and poorly lit. Our car window was smashed on our new suv. Not a good place to park a full size suv or truck

Wrong information/ extremely hot hotel Called @ 3pm talk to someone about shuttle service from airport . I was told shuttle runs ever 30 minutes until 2am. Flight landed at 12:30, waited for 45 mins. Called hotel and front desk told me shuttle stops at 8pm No ac In hallways or lobby or elevator, extremely hot hotel. Worst la Quinta I’ve ever been too
