The building and the room were clean, but the neighbors were loud and used abusive language while talking to children.

There were ants in the kitchen area of my room. There was no hairdryer, tissue, toilet paper. Someone removed the bulb from the lamp on the nightstand and I asked for a bulb for 2 days and never got one. There was a used shampoo bottle in the bathroom displayed as new… The building itself looks newer but the clientele looked shady and I wonder if people live there. Beautiful property. It looks like a new building. Very very clean. Small room well organized. They can improve in some things. A whole mini kitchen. The staff at the front desk needs to guide the guests better. The utensils for the small kitchen are not at hand, you have to ask for them at the front desk. Room does not have iron, ironing board, laundry bags, do not disturb sign for the door. Breakfast is not properly described. They should specify that it is grab and go.
