Very nice employees but ..... An Extended Stay hotel .... not even one hanger, no dishes, utensils or pots and pans .... asked and was given a couple paper plates and plastic silverware in a zip lock bag! Terrible internet ... an upgrade was offered at $1.99/hour!! Also no luggage carts - " extended stay" usually means a person is staying for a while and has more than an overnight bag! Soon as you walk in the lobby it smells clean not only smells clean but these ladies do wonderful job at accommodating their guest plus keeping orders at bay. Hats off to the crew and manager. Will be recommending this location to family and friends.

Um bom hotel, ficaria novamente! Daria uma nota 7.0, pros: perto dos parque disney, hotel é novo, tem cozinha no quarto, recebem encomendas da Amazon sem cobrança extras, estacionamento disponível sem custos, nao usou pré taxa no cartão de crédito, 20 min universal, Walmart bem pertinho e outros fast food. Contra: como tem cozinha nos quartos, os corredores ficam com cheiros de comida, o hotel aceita cachorros, entao sempre fica um cheirinho de cachorro nos corredores, utensílios para cozinha extremamente de baixa qualidade…... read more
