My staying was fine overall but no even one day anybody came to do service on my room.
Quality room - bad staff The hotel room itself was good, nice and clean with a good working bathroom and kitchen. A little inconvenient that you have to pay extra for room service cleaning even once during your stay so you have to go downstairs and ask for clean towels everyday. Oh and complimentary breakfast is a coffee stand with some packaged muffins and granola bars, didn’t bother me, just saying. Hotel staff honestly sucked. Near work. Very pleasant greeting. Well maintained site. I arrived late & left very early so did not have much interaction with building or personnel.
Disappointed For the price this wasn't worth it. The front desk lady was sweet but our room smelled like puke, the microwave was missing the glass plate in it and the carpet was sticky when you walked on it. The only clean area was the sheets and bathroom.
The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful despite a very late check in. My room was clean and quite.
Ok, but over-priced Rooms are ok, fairly clean, but hotel room night at $100 per night is over-priced. Elevator was dirty. Just needs vacuuming.
The road was closed off, so I had trouble finding it at night. The sheets looked like they just came from the dryer/ or had been slept on!
below average Tub/shower valve leaks, in room phone broken, very slow wifi <.75mps, coffee and instant oatmeal and granola bars not much of a breakfast offering.
It was amazing made my trip relaxing not too worry
