Clean hotel, the beds weren't very comfortable. I could move the mattress with two fingers as it kept sliding around on the platform. Getting someone to the front desk is difficult. We used to lobby phone about 11 times before someone went around and knocked really hard on the office door to wake up the front desk lady. Then she came to the desk and instead of speaking, she walked to the corner, opened a soda, took a drank and then asked what we needed. Lovely receptionist/attendant. Rooms looked nice upon arrival. Upon a late arrival (11 PM) the lobby was closed. We had to use the phone at lobby and waited about 5 min. Receptionist was friendly and courteous. Upon arriving to our room, it looked nice but had a "dirty laundry" smell. Towels and linens had the same smell. There was a cockroach and another bug on our table... so be prepared. We asked for a towel to housekeeper since they only provide 2 bath towels for my children; she said we had to go downstairs with our "di... read more

Make sure you arrive before the front desk closes. The hotel is in good shape, as it is relatively new. I think "austere" is a good way to describe the property. Very basic furnishings, no pictures hung on the wall...sort of a "bare-bones" hotel. The arrival was a bit of a pain, as the front desk closed at 8 PM on a Saturday night. I did not arrive until 10 PM, and had to call the manager from the lobby phone for assistance. I waited just over 10 minutes for the manager to show up and process my registration.
