My daughter and I are homeless and are staying here because we do not have anywhere else to go until we are able to find permanent housing.

Lovely receptionist/attendant. Rooms looked nice upon arrival. Upon a late arrival (11 PM) the lobby was closed. We had to use the phone at lobby and waited about 5 min. Receptionist was friendly and courteous. Upon arriving to our room, it looked nice but had a "dirty laundry" smell. Towels and linens had the same smell. There was a cockroach and another bug on our table... so be prepared. Make sure you arrive before the front desk closes. The hotel is in good shape, as it is relatively new. I think "austere" is a good way to describe the property. Very basic furnishings, no pictures hung on the wall...sort of a "bare-bones" hotel. The arrival was a bit of a pain, as the front desk closed at 8 PM on a Saturday night. I did not arrive until 10 PM, and had to call the manager from the lobby phone for assistance. I waited just over 10 minutes for the manager to show up and process my registration.

Clean, new fresh rehab property good location and reasonably priced for the tired traveler looking to get of the road.

It was ok for just me since I stay for two days for a convention... Was looking for an ice machine, none in sight and the vending machine was full, but out of order... Nice staff... but will not come back...

Front desk closes at night, so you can’t check in late or check out throughout the night.
